[Massplanners] Residential Lighting

Good morning:

 

Any towns out there with experience (e.g., bylaws or regulations) regulating
exterior residential lighting?  Brightness, direction, types of luminaires,
or any other characteristic that could be obnoxious to neighboring
properties?
