[Massplanners] ARPA application templates

Dear Planners, like me, many of you are probably involved in your community's ARPA programs. Here in GB we've done some outreach and have identified the ways we'll focus the funds into the ARPA categories, but we have not yet awarded funds to any individual project. If you have any templates or guidelines you're using to solicit project requests, could you send them along?
