Attleboro would be interested as well.  We have had some preliminary
discussions with a potential applicant and would love to have some input
regarding potential impacts, such as noise from the HVAC units, and so
forth.

Good Afternoon everyone,

I am looking for any towns that have created a bylaw for lithium-ion battery
farms. The town has an application before it for one which

Would be adjacent to a residential area. I am wondering how/what other
municipalities are doing to regulate the location and permit

Process. Chapter 40A Section 9B discusses Solar access, but this is for
battery storage. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
