The City of Lynn is seeking proposals for consulting services related to developing a mandatory inclusionary zoning ordinance for rental and for-sale housing. Qualifications included demonstrated expertise in housing markets and real estate, as well as economic/demographic analysis. The consultant will work under the direction of the Mayor's Office, Planning Department and Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND).

The proposal deadline has been extended to Thursday, June 23rd. Proposals should not exceed $60,000. Please reach out to the City's Purchasing Agent Tim Leonard (tleonard at lynnma.gov<mailto:tleonard at lynnma.gov>) to receive the RFP and addendum.
