[Massplanners] Retirement Community/Over 55 Zoning Overlay Zoning District Regulations

Hello Planning Friends and Colleagues,

We are entertaining some adjustments to our existing Retirement Overlay District regulations particularly with respect to counting a finished basement towards the total square feet of livable area.  With that being said, I would like to review existing retirement zoning by-laws/ordinances from other communities. If you have such a district, would you mind sending me a link to the by-laws or a copy of the regulations.
