Hi Dan,

Is there a direct mail ad magazine you could utilize? With our local independent weekly (which I am SO grateful for!) taking a publication break for much of July, we have submitted notices to the Action Unlimited<https://www.actionunlimited.com/>, which seems to count as a newspaper of general circulation under 40A. There are similar publication all over the place, and they are quite affordable to publish with.

Good Morning

Looking to see if anyone has found any solutions to the “only game in town” newspaper situation?  Since Gannett took over, shut down the local weekly and consolidated the billing from the local paper site to its centralized location we have had nothing but headaches.  We are looking to find other options, looking to see if anyone has found other “regional” papers that fit the need for local circulation, or if anyone knows if there has been any progress in getting legislation that allows for the electronic publication of legal notices? Almost thinking the Boston Globe has higher Cape Cod readership than the Cape Cod Times and wondering it that would be an option….

Thanks in advance, we are pulling our hair out here….
