[Massplanners] Whoops, should have read all the Massplanners mail

Whoops, I should have read the rest of the Massplanners email relating to
the Lexington case before responding re the use of closed landfills. I'd
say all this supports the need for consultant review, and from responses I
received to the Tree Bylaw question there are firms right on
Massplanners that can do this.
