[Massplanners] Tree Protection & Nat. Resource Protection Bylaws

Hi Richard and Massplanners,
Since zoning for large scale ground-mounted solar was required for Green
Communities, several of the communities I know created an overlay for their
capped landfills where it was allowed. If it's a different situation, there
are consultants who will review ground-mounted solar and you can probably
find them by asking on Massplanners. My understanding is their fee can be
paid by applicants as a 53G type of expense.
