We've been fortunate enough to have an ARPA director and administrator hired under our CFO. They've put together a resource webpage for all the programs the city's been rolling out with guidelines, applications, and other details. Might be of use: https://www.newbedford-ma.gov/arpa/.

Here in GB we've done some outreach and have identified the ways we'll focus the funds into the ARPA categories, but we have not yet awarded funds to any individual project. If you have any templates or guidelines you're using to solicit project requests, could you send them along?
