Hello Planning Friends and Colleagues,

On Friday, January 21st at 12PM, MAPD will be hosting its first virtual Lunch and Learn workshop of the year: "Chapter 40B Fundamentals- A Training on the Affordable Housing Law."  This workshop will provide a primer on Chapter 40B including segments regarding safe harbor, critical application components, negotiation and work sessions, and drafting decisions for Comprehensive Permits. This is a perfect workshop for any municipal planning or housing professional, or any professional engaged in affordable housing development or community development. AICP CM credits will be offered. This workshop is free for MAPD members-those folks who have paid their dues for 2021-2022. AICP credits will be offered. Click below to register.
