[Massplanners] RFP: Town of Arlington seeks Consultant for Affordable Housing Trust Fund Action Plan

Good evening,

The Town of Arlington, acting through the Arlington Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board of Trustees, is seeking quotes from consultants with expertise in affordable housing finance, planning, and policy for the development of an Affordable Housing Trust Fund Action Plan. The Trust, formed this past fall, is looking for a consultant in connection with the development and preparation of the its initial Implementation/Action Plan for its first 3 to 5 years of operation, setting forth the goals, priorities and initiatives that the Trust will pursue to advance its purpose of preserving and creating low-and moderate-income housing for individuals and families, including low- or moderate-income senior housing in the Town of Arlington.
