[Massplanners] New Bedford - Hiring - Staff Planner

Greetings -

I am the vice chair of the Planning Board in New Marlborough.  We are
looking at digitizing our historic filings and potentially requiring that
plans be filed electronically going forward.  Is anyone aware of a platform
or system designed for municipalities to accomplish this?  Alternatively,
is anyone aware of a company that could just digitize our history?
