[Massplanners] CPC Checklists

Hi Alison,
I also second Jamie's reference to the Community Preservation Coalition's
resources.
Longmeadow conducted a preliminary inquiry into best models for CPC
applications earlier this year. We compiled a folder with examples from
several communities. I added the folder to Google Drive and you are welcome
to take a look here:
