[Massplanners] rfp for civil engineering peer review for PB projects

Unfortunately the Town of Chelmsford will be without its full time Town Engineer until this position is filled.

In the meantime I have been asked to proceed with getting a peer review consultant on board to fill this role.


Can anyone provide a copy of an RFP for this purpose?
