Hi Gwen
Beverly's Ordinance says
Where a zoning district boundary line divides a lot under a single
ownership at the time of the effective date of this chapter, district
regulations governing either portion of the severed lot may be extended up
to 50 feet into the adjoining district.
[Amended 6-26-1987]
