[Massplanners] Costs for a consultant for a comprehensive Zoning Bylaw review and revision?

Writing for a former employer:

Have you done a significant rewrite of your bylaws in the past few years?
If so, did you hire a consultant to lead the way?
If so, how much did you spend?
And, how much could we expect to spend on such a project next year?

Any help would be useful and gratefully received.
