[Massplanners] MBTA Action Plans

 Good afternoon Mass Planners,
The Town of Dover is seeking consultants who would assist with completion
of an MBTA Action Plan for an adjacent  small town (Population 6200, no
sewer and limited water infrastructure.) Prefer experience with housing
advocacy, and knowledge of MBTA Communities requirements, small towns and
this geographic area. Would most likely include attendance at one to two PB
meetings to present visuals of attractive higher-density housing and assist
with identifying locations for different proposed densities. If you have
experience with any consultants who have helped you with an Action Plan or
know someone who can do this please feel free to share or pass this along.
