[Massplanners] 40B modifications by homeowners

Hi,

The Town of Norwell is starting to receive requests for homeowner improvements on a 24-unit occupied 40B homeownership project, including such things as patios, decks, fencing, tree-cutting, or other activities. These changes are not contemplated in any of the project approvals. A major concern relates to stormwater and drainage on a site with dense glacial till soils.

How do other towns handle these requests? Are these treated as project modifications of the Comprehensive Permit or otherwise?
