[Massplanners] Tracer Lane Case

Good morning, municipal planners:

 

I'm curious if there has been a legal analysis put to writing of the Tracer
Lane v. Waltham solar bylaw case?  In particular of how this outcome may
affect municipalities ability to regulate ground-mounted solar facilities
going forward.
