[Massplanners] Special Permits Due to Lapse Under 40A

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding M.G.L. Ch.40A Section 9, and was wondering how
other communities have handled/managed special permits that have been
granted but are due to lapse because of the 2 or 3 year time limit for
completion.
