[Massplanners] Planning Board - Associate Member

Hello Planners!

The town of Shrewsbury is looking into the role of the Planning Board’s
Associate Member.
It would be helpful to know how many other towns allow an associate member
to sit on site plan applications as well as special permit applications
when necessary.
