[Massplanners] Medway Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Consultant RFP

HI Mass Planners,

The Town of Medway has issued an RFP for an energy consultant to provide technical assistance and education to Town officials, in particular the Planning and Economic Development Board and the Select Board, with respect to identifying operation, safety, security, and technology issues related to battery energy storage systems including recommendations for suitable zoning.
