[Massplanners] Examples of Ownership LIP (40B) projects?

We did one in Andover around 2002-2003. 60 condo units.

Does anyone know of any LIP (40B) projects that exist on the ground today?  Particularly ownership units?

Even better if the project is near other residential properties, not isolated.
