[Massplanners] Following Up on Conditions of Approval

Good Afternoon, 
The Town of Norwood is looking for examples of software that will notify the Town land use departments and property owners issued various types of permits about compliance with conditions of approval. For example, the Conservation Commission made orders of conditions requiring annual cleaning of a detention basis. Are any communities using software with an electronic calendar feature that automatically sends out reminders to follow up on reoccurring or annual conditions of approval?
