[Massplanners] Has Your Town Tried Regulating Big Houses/McMansions?

Hello Mass Planners,
We are exploring policies and bylaws to regulate oversize houses and to
mitigate their environmental impact.  If your town has enacted such a bylaw
or policy, or is considering doing so, I would love to know. Any details
are much appreciated!
