[Massplanners] Build Out Analysis for Zoning Change

Hello All-

I am looking for recommendations of consultants (can include RPAs) who can do a good build-out analysis in association with a proposed zoning change.

Along those lines, I am also interested  in learning whether your community has the in-house capacity to do this.
