[Massplanners] Consultants for Build Out Analysis?

Hi Planners:

I am hoping to get your recommendations for consultants who can do a build-out analysis in association with a proposed zoning change, 40R district, etc.  Also, any recommendations for folks who can do associated maps and graphics...a "Visualizing Density" type of thing.
