[Massplanners] Special permit and site plan regulations adopted by local boards

Good morning Planners,
Does anyone have examples of special permit or site plan review regulations that were particularly useful in your Town? I’m looking for Regs adopted by local boards (not zoning bylaws.) 

This information will be used for a CPTC workshop, to give some examples of what communities are finding helpful. Feel free to email just to me.
