[Massplanners] Parking Study

Hi all,
I am looking for communities that have completed parking studies.  Who performed  the study? (community organizations, police department, consultant)  Has anyone done work to anticipate the capacity of a municipality or neighborhood?  Costal communities with beach parking concerns is a plus. If there is Scope of Work and associated cost that could be shared I would greatly appreciate it;)
