[Massplanners] Zoning Bylaw Rewrite?

Thanks Katrina,

I think most responses so far are to the group so you see what I see so
far. I'll pass along anything I get "just to me".

Citizen driven zoning review, to me anyway, is problematic. Planning,
sure....zoning, ahh not so much. Being a partner is the process is
certainly necessary but just the specialized terms and acronyms tend to
lead to glazed eyes and drooling. Good to see you have at least some funds
for a consultant and while $50k is certainly not enough for a
comprehensive project, it might be enough for a review of an early draft,
particularly since you had a legal review already.

On the limitations on innovation due to capacity, I hear you. Hope you
make continued progress.
