[Massplanners] Tear downs and rebuilds

I have a suspicion, that with homeprices soaring, this may become a more
frequent thing in our community, considering the number of Capes and
Ranches we have on moderately-sized lots.

I can't say I'm pro- or anti-; just curious about aspects we haven't yet
thought about.
