[Massplanners] ARPA Funding response?

Hi Planners,

We are set to receive a good deal of American Recovery Act Funding, just like everyone else. Are there any non-entitlement communities out there who are conducting surveys, needs assessments or developing procedures and application materials for sub recipient projects and want to share their insights?
