[Massplanners] RFP for Market Analysis +

Hi all,

Fog in July. Wonders never cease.

We are preparing for a bundled RFP for both a market analysis and fiscal
impact analysis for a commercial district. If anyone has examples of one
or the other or both, we'd be grateful.

Even an example of something related to a substantive zoning change would
probably work for either the market or fiscal side of the equation.
