We are developers – not specifically senior housing, but lately, rental housing including 40B & 40R. In the early ‘00s, it was condos.

All on the North Shore in Essex County, including Lynn, North Andover & Newburyport.

Morning all,

This may seem like an old question but this has a slightly different angle.

Successful with phase 1 or our 3 phase senior housing development zoning program, the next step is CCRCs. I need to conduct a brief survey of senior housing developers, consultants, designers, and financers.

If you know of any in the region, can you please pass along a name and contact?

I would be glad to share the results of the survey with anyone interested.
