[Massplanners] Fees for Multiple Special Permits

Thanks, planners, or your answers to my question about special permit fees for projects requiring more than one special permit.  Of the 11 respondents, 4 would charge a separate fee for each special permit while 7 would bundle the special permit process and charge a single fee.

Curious about general practices when assessing fees for a project with more than one special permit required.  This would be where all the special permits are handled concurrently in one proceeding and hearing.  Does your town charge a fee for each special permit or one fee since the process is consolidated?
