[Massplanners] RFP: Arlington Town-Owned Historic Properties Survey Update

Good afternoon, all,


The Town of Arlington, acting through its Department of Planning & Community 
Development and Historic and Cultural Resources Working Group of the Master 
Plan Implementation Committee, is seeking a consultant to undertake an 
intensive-level communitywide survey of Town-owned cultural and 
architectural resources. Specifically, the Town is seeking a consultant to 
assess and document or update documentation of approximately 20 resources 
following Massachusetts Historical Commission survey standards and 
methodology. This project was listed as a priority in the Historic 
Preservation Survey Master Plan, completed in 2019. 


The maximum timeline for this project is six months, although the Town and 
the Working Group are open to compressed schedules given the smaller scope 
of the project. Proposals are due by Friday, September 22, 2021 at 1pm.
