Dear MassPlanners,

Would anyone have an example RFP for a land inventory analysis? North Attleboro is looking to issue a RFP for a consultant to complete a land inventory and to identify vacant or underutilized parcels in town and assessment. The assessment would identify key parcels for development or natural resource protection. It will provide a visual catalogue, a strategic plan for how development can proceed with stakeholders, and recommend best use/ and/or suggest revisions for land-use regulations or mixed-use zoning.
