Gary:
We are working on a MassHousing HUB grant with Holyoke and partnered with Stante.
We did the on ground walking inventory and Stantec helped us create a GPS tool to enter the data, then map it.
This was targeting on 2 neighborhoods for redevelopment.
Not sure if that is what you are looking for.

As part of our CDBG program, Northbridge is to prepare Slum & Blight Inventory -looking for listing (contact info) of consultants that have prepared SBI's in the past for MA communities.

Unfortunately, our initial RFPQ procurement solicitation did not result in a selection.
