Hi John,

The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, along with a working group composed of planners, engineers, public works, conservation and public health staff from six of our member communities, developed a set of model subdivision regulations in 2018-2019. The communities that participated were Agawam, Belchertown, Easthampton, Ludlow, South Hadley, and Ware. You can find the resource below:
