The Color of Law should be required reading in every high school and university. It’s enlightening!

Welcome to MA Jacinta! Please let me know if we at the Attorney General’s Office Municipal Law Unit can help in any way!

I have two recommendations:

1) Mark Bobrowski’s zoning law treatise (I’ll send you the exact title etc separately)

2) The Color of Law ( not Massachusetts focused but so good).

Best,

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to MA and while I'm learning a lot through these emails, I was wondering if anyone had any helpful classes or literature (planning or law) they could recommend to help me become more familiar with MA government and policy?

Just trying to get my bearings in my new state.

Thanks everyone!
